This is a confusing one for me... I am going through the code right now (Granted, I just got off work and I am tired and a bit Foggy...)I am missing something in the logic I think. This check block goes like this (I think)
if user NOT group manager AND user IS working with himself AND user is NOT admin -then return the error and cancel the remove user function...
The check should go something like this (I think)
if user NOT group manager AND user is NOT working with himself AND user is NOT admin -then return the error and cancel the remove user function...
This logic will allow a Group Manager, a user working on them self, or any Admin to pass through to the rest of the function... yes?

Any Thoughts?

basically you are saying that's not possible for non-group manager member of a group to un-join himself?
It seems the only way is that a manager does it for him.

In the original logic... No, a non-group manager member of a group May Not un-join himself. In fact, if you follow the logic through, no one can un-join because first it is testing and will only allow a Manager to execute the function (on another user).
Managers can not leave their group. But they can delete it, or pass on the roll of manager to someone else. Managers can delete other users from the front end.
In my suggested Logic the function will pass for a Manager of this group who is working on another User, OR a member of the group working on his/her self, but not pass for a non-member working with another... I think.
I have tested my theory and it seems to hold up, but use my suggestions at your risk until the Dev has a chance to look it over.
