i have downloaded the latest component v28e but still getting this error below. it is still creating a table gj_eventlist.

i will try the step from repunzl as suggested by i think creator.

DB function failed with error number 1146

just remove to correct forum


update: ran the sql and still the same when trying to click on the group i created.

it creates the group but just get that db error.

also as i mentioned in the first thread that i have tried the latest component which is stiggis component v28e. i made sure to uninstall the component plus delete the gj db files before installing the pkg again and failed with that error.

any other way or help. thanks,

There was a SQL statement with the "outsourced" table

Hmmm. I have this same "table not found" failure (DB error 1146). I've only downloaded the component today for the first time, and 28f is the only one that's listed on the download page. But, when I look at it in Joomla, it reports it as version 28e.

Can you please post a pointer to the real 28f?
