Hallo,
when userX tries to unjoin groupZ has this message back:
Error! You are not a moderator of this group.
...or you are not logged in?
(Obviously he is logged. p.s. Moderator can' unjoin or delete nobody too!)
I can't understand why... May you help me?

what type of group is this?
Sometimes the errormessages can be "misunderstandable" - we will try to change that

If a user is joined to more than one group is not possible to remove it from a single group even from the back end...
It is possible remove it totally... not partially...
