When I view the members manager to add users to groups, I am unable to view the first page but am unable to either use the display per page dropdown to show more users per page or use the page number link to move through the pages. I've tried this on different browsers with no luck. It looks like the link that is attached to the page number buttons is not what is required. Page 6 has this link

I can force viewing of different pages myself by constructing a more complex URL

mysite/administrator/index.php?option=co...h&limitstart=160

but this does not work for my group admins who are wanting to use the funtionality. Any ideas?

It cannot display users past 1 page, and the user filter does not work

This works - for example - if you have the site user list in a different screen, set to display 100 at a time, and find that a particular user is displayed on page 3 - set the limitstart to 300 to locate that user.

Well, I have the same problem. Had been searching high n low without solution.

Do you guys have the following problems as well?

1. Can not create group from admin site? Even the categories had been created.
The following message will appear;

Group: Edit
Group Details Group Logo Image
Category for this Group :
- - (all Groups must be placed inside a Category)
- - (Category settings control which Groups Types are allowed)
- - (GO TO Category Settings to configure Categories)

2. Can you guys view groups at front end? Mine was bad, user or public are not able, not even the superadmin! With this message showing in blank;

... or maybe the Group needs activation by the Admin?

Users who have just applied for a Group membership will receive this error
until the Moderator responds to your request.


3. Strangely, the Newest group, the Largest Group, and My Group appear nicely on my sidebar.

No I don't have the other problems, it seems almost to work, just can't manage my 1300 odd users!

I can't use it on the production site, but I'm waiting for joomla 1.6 which will give some ACL functionality.

I would recommend that the Group Jive team work with the joomla team for 1.6 and make Group Jive work in with the new database structure which will include an expanded ACL.
