How can I return to group from forum? 2 Years, 11 Months ago Karma: 1
I'm having a lot of fun with GJ. I have a question, how can I return to my group after I post or read something in the Forum of the group? Could someone help with inserting a Go Back link, or something like it? I mean, if I'm able to navigate to the forum, I should be able to navigate back to the group view as well , no? Please help!

This functionality involves a hack to your forum. The showgroup hack discussed in detail here on these forums, and in the read_me files is a start. I don't personally use it myself, but you can see it in action on the demo here (look up)

i just happen to stumble into this post and upon reading aaron's reply, i checked out the site's demo and said to myself ZOooMmmmmGggggg! i didn't know we could do that!

please point me to this hack's discussion pretty please...

THe problem is, the hack didn't work for me. J 1.5.8 CB 1.2, GJ latest. Gave an error. IF someone has an updated hack, please let me know. THanks guys.

@sandorlv: that's a very old post.

@braineater: both readmes's basically said the same thing. make changes on fireboard.php/kunena.php and fb_pathway.php. there is no mention of a back button anywhere.

my test site just takes me to the group forum, not like GJ's demo which is the group forum with the GJ group details and menus above.
