Hi,

I have installed the latest Groupjive (B4) and the latest Eventlist (schlu.net) and the latest Kunena (1.5.5).

But, I can't figure out how to integrate these.

In the readme text it says that there should be an integration with Eventlist and Fireboard (early Kunena). But the text is still refering to GJ 1.6 back in 2007 and is not updated.

Can some one give an brief tour or some hints on how to integrate this triangle of powerfull products?

I know I had it working a while ago (last year) with a hacked version of the GJ php and fireboard...but now i'm on a new site...and was hoping since the people who make the forum now control GJ, that integration would be the first thing addressed. am I just missing it?

Beta 4 integrates directly with Kunena 1.5 now. You need to enable Forums under intergration in GroupJive, and give it a category for creating GJ forums in. Also ensure the plugin is enabled and older versions of the plugin are removed. Also some people with fresh installs have reported problems with a table not being created - jos_gj_jb.

Search for that on joomlapolis forums or here and it should have the details.

Oh, I've also posted a way to restrict GJ forums to group members only on my blog - Private Forums with GroupJive and Kunena

Is there are way for the a link to the Forum that was created for the group to be listed on the group page. It's nice that a forum is being created..but, if the users can't get to it from their group page...that doesn't make a lot of sense.
