It turns out that I am an idiot. I had the group setting set to non invite.
Apols and I will punch myself in the ballz later.

GJ 1.8 RC (although it shows in the uninstall menu as 1.8b5)
FireFox 3.0.18
Opera 9.50
IE 7
It works OK apart from the invite members function. It just loads a blank page. Can't see anyone else with this problem, so has it been recorded or can anyone help?
