Is there a roadmap anywhere for planned changes to groupjive? I was very excited when I found out that GJ was being started up again. I went through the upgrade process to the new version, and even made a few posts that fixed some minor bugs. Since then, however, it's been disheartening, because although there have been a few posts about bug fixing, there seems to have been no major progress made on the component. So here we are, almost 5 months since the release of the pre RC, and we still only have 1 forum plugin, 1 additional template, (actually the 1.6 version had several more templates available, which haven't been converted yet), and a few minor fixes. I'm sure there's more going on behind the scenes, but I would feel a lot better if there was some indication of what's planned to keep GJ and CB competitive with, for example, Jom Social's groups system. Is there a chance that we could get an update on the status of GJ, and who is still working to help develop it?

Same question, I am still waiting for one I can add to my site.... I only have a live site to work with. Should I dare add what is out there? Would I be wasting my time...

I was looking through the extensions on the Joomla site, and did see where there is another program out offereing groups...

Is group jive really worth this wait? My faith is fading..... Give us something here.

We're hoping in the next few weeks that you'll see more progress again... life unfortunately gets in the way sometimes, so things have been slow as of late. That's why we rely at these unfortunate periods of time on you, the GroupJive community, to give us a push with any help you can give... here in the forums, with proposed bugfixes, etc. Please be patient.

How about a list of planned features, or a general roadmap for gj? I think that would do a lot to allay people's fears.
