GroupJive Release Candidate (... coming soon).


Development of GroupJive 1.6 stable will arrive (someday soon).

The community has requested additional features and the GroupJive team has responded by taking the most highly requested features currently in the Forums and integrating them *now* before releasing GroupJive this month.

The addition of these features has pushed back our release date however, these items were important to you and therefore they've become important to us.

GroupJive Feature List ( the stuff your users can play with)

Groups

- Registered Users can create their own Groups
- Group members can invite other people...(invites can be
.....sent to both registered users and people not yet joined to

- Visitor/non-members able to contact Moderators/GroupOwner
....without entering Groups. (Necessary to communicate to
....Private Groups)

GroupJive Administration ( admin panel - backend )

- Global Settings
- Receive notifications upon creation of Groups
- Users identified by Real Names or Usernames (front-end user experience)
- Custom Avatar Image for GroupJive users (if users has not uploaded their own)
- Use Email or PMS for user notifications
- Define Default Group Logos that identify with your website
- Set Group Logo size (in pixels) for resizing image uploads from front-end
- Filter number of Groups and Users displayed on pages (front-end user experience)
