Hey guys,
I need the Fireboard Plugin for the "new" Fireboard, Kunena(http://www.kunena.com).
Can anybody make the plugin Kunena compatible?

I downloaded and installed Kunena the other day. I had plans to study the db structure and start to code a new plugin for it. This is not a huge priority for me at this point however. I honestly don't see a huge exodus to this version... 1.5 on the other hand, that is a different story. With people here waiting for Agora 3, a small few looking towards Phoenix Board , and more still waiting for FB to pick itself up, it is tough to pick a direction to focus your time... am I right? (add to all these the ones who are looking at bridged forums, like SMF, phpBBx etc... )

As I understand after reading on the Kunena board the database structure is more or less unchanged from FB, even the names should be the same...

Is there really much point for forming groups if group members can't communicate within their group? Not really.

Other group forming components include very basic discussion functionality natively rather than as an integration (ie - JomSocial).

It may be in GroupJive's best interest over the long term to include such functionality natively as well rather than wait for greater certainty among Joomla forum components.

I am happy to say...
This is done! As crisscross has said, Kunena is really nothing more than a tweaked release of FB 1.0.5RC2. I will be releasing modified and extended Integration Plugin probably later today with some nice new features you all will like. AND it will include Kunena integration.
